Reservations cancelled up to 5 days prior to your arrival date, incur no charges.

Reservations made without a credit card number as a guarantee, are only confirmed when a down-payment has been received. In case of a reservation cancelled with less than a 5 day notice, the down-payment will be forfeited.

For reservations made with a credit card & cancelled with less than a 5 day notice, your credit card will be charged for a 1 night stay.

All last minute cancellations or changes, as well as “no shows”, will be charged the entire amount of the reservation made.

In case of earlier departure with less than a 3-day notice, the guest will be charged for 3 successive nights or for the rest of the stay, whichever is the lesser amount.

Rooms are available as of 2P.M. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10A.M on the day of departure, unless another agreement has been made beforehand.

Rooms which have not been checked-in prior to 6P.M. on the day of arrival, will be considered vacant & the reservation a “no-show”, unless the hotel has been advised by the guest of a late arrival on the same day.
